    I received a phone call this morning from TTB support - re my inability to log in/dodgy connection and discovered the cause.....]
    Evidently TTB have changed my (and others ?) account login without telling me (and others ?) - I was asked if I had received a letter, which, of course I had not....
    So I am now back on line
