Good tablet for Skype-ing?

VodkaSorbet

I'm looking for a tablet as a present for a friend to use for (video) Skype-ing a relative on the other side of the world. They currently use a laptop but something more portable to move easily between rooms would be really handy.

I think screen size/resolution would be the main features of interest.

I'm not really sure what 3G is, but I think they would be OK with just wifi as they will be using it at home.

Any recommendations for a good tablet for this sort of usage? Budget is flexible, but not really looking for a top-of-the range full-featured model.

Many thanks!

Thanks - I'll have a look at that. Think I'd be looking for a bigger screen really but they may have bigger models as well.

Something to give you an idea of options. These are 10"+ tablets.
