I didn't know you could get these until today, but when I looked through the menus I couldn't find them anywhere. Anyone know how to get them? Do I have to phone Sky to set them up?

You Tube Videos juddering
All was fin up until recently, when ever I try to watch Vids on You tube or any vids on my pc they keep juddering all the time, they play but the sound is like juddering, thats only way can explain it, so what can I do to stop this? Thanks

Powerpoint won't play movie - help!
Just on the offchance that someone on here knows how to fix this. Have created a PPt presentation (Office 2003). Have inserted film. Film refuses to play the visual though it plays the sound. Grr. Have converted the film to .avi and .mov and .asf and no matter which version I insert it just won't play. Any ideas? Thanks!
