Sandboxing..
I apologise if im raking over old material. I have heard about Sandboxing as being a real good way of filtering out all the nasties before they install themselves on your PC,what is your opinions of Sandboxing,is there a free one avaliable,and does anyone on here use it. Thankyou.

This is a new computer, has (it says) 4GB memory, intel (R)core i3 CPU, and 64bit operating system. But it is not as good as my old laptop at watching TV Catchup or Youtube clips. Why? and is there anything I can do to improve it?
