Outlook 2003 blocking MS Access files

I've received an email with a MS Access .MDB file as an atachment (from a known sender I should say)
I'm using Outlook 2003.
When I open the email it tells me that the attached file is blocked because it is "potentially harmful"
In other words Outlook 2003 has decided that all .mdb files shall be blocked regardless - well thats nice isn't it.
I know this file is OK - (given that I partly created it on someone else's computer!)
and anyway I was going to specifically virus check it prior to using it
How can I tell Outlook 2003 to release the file please - I suspect its going to be a registry fix isn't it.......

According to this, right click the attachment, click copy, paste it somewhere, right click the pasted file, click rename, rename it to use the original file extension

Or you can edit the registry

Thanks indeed - all sorted.
It needed the Registry fix to Outlook to release the file by adding 'mdb' as an allowable file type.
The unmodified outlook would not allow me to gain access to the file by any method. The file attachment was not displayed in the email message pane to allow me right click it to change the name/save it/whatever - just a message instead that acknowledged the attachment's existance (confirmed by the size of the email) and that outlook has blocked it.0 -
Thank You for letting me know how it went0
