bulbs old and new
I don't know if this is the right place for this question but I have heard that the green bulbs (which almost everyone uses these days) contain harmful gas and that, if one of these bulbs is dropped and breaks, people should leave the room. Sounds a bit over the top to me! Anyone know?

Looking for an Ipod alternative that can be used with a docking station
I like the idea of an MP3 player that is portable but can also be docked with good quality speakers and can be used as a HiFi at home with a suitable remote control. I have seen peole who use the ipad/iphone in this way. Is there an alternative which is cheaper and less restrictive?

I was specifically wondering about these:…
