Help -new notebook can't access wifi
Just picked up a new notebook today. it's not finding any wireless connections - i know when my desktop looses the connection I get several options to conect to. Can anyone explain what to do in a non tech way? Its now asking for an ethernet cable to be plugged in. why would that be if it is wireless?

DVD/CD Drive not working
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The drive is not working properly as it will only open a couple of rewritable CD's that I have. I have even put brand new ones in and it just will not open them. Is there anything in there that can be cleaned?

How to remove software called windows disk?
Not sure where this has come from but its really annoying me. Keeps telling me i have low disk space and critical errors. It was not there yesterday and not downloaded anything lately. Tried spybot and adaware but not picking it up, its also not in program files. Any ideas?
