I have a back-up list of phone numbers in Excel format which I want to get onto my Vodafone SIM (new phone). Is there any tool which can allow me to do this?? Thanks!

View a camera pens memory?
Can someone please tell me how to amend the settings on a computer? When I connect a camera pen into my computer it plays the image and sound but when I connect it into Dads' computer his only plays the sound and does not show the image. How do I get Dads' computer to show the image as well?
