View a camera pens memory?

Can someone please tell me how to amend the settings on a computer? When I connect a camera pen into my computer it plays the image and sound but when I connect it into Dads' computer his only plays the sound and does not show the image. How do I get Dads' computer to show the image as well?

I guess the codec is missing. What camera pen is it?

Alternatively try VLC to play the clip.

vlc is a media player, like quicktime/realplayer, etc - it usually plays all formats without the need to download specific codecs

It works on my Media Player but not Dads. Both are Vistas.

I didn't know if Media Player was a VLC.
