Laptop not charging any idea of cost to mend.
My son droped his laptop : ( with the charger in and it has pushed the pin in where it charges and now wont charge up. Any idea how much it will cost to fix. I have same laptop and have been charging my battery up and then swapping it with his for the time being.

I have windows 7 and the laptop battery died, so have bought a new one. Windows 7 is now saying its not an authentic version. Any suggestions on what the problem is. I don't think that a battery should set off the I'm a different computer feature to stop people pirating it. Any ideas?
