I have windows 7 and the laptop battery died, so have bought a new one.
Windows 7 is now saying its not an authentic version. Any suggestions on what the problem is.
I don't think that a battery should set off the I'm a different computer feature to stop people pirating it.
Any ideas?

If you've got a legitimate version of Windows 7, just ring Microsoft on the telephone number they provide and they'll rectify the situation for you easily.0
