Cannot eject disc

The new a-tube catcher it doesn't convert clips to widescreen when 16:9 is selected!
I have updated a-tube catcher to the new version with turbo download etc and when you select SVCD format and 16:9 to download and transfer clips, when you play them back, they're STILL 4:3 full screen format! Can someone explain why this is and how it can be rectified please!

SAMSUNG TV switches itself off and then on again
