Hi, I recently purchased a garmin nuvi sat nav. Garmin allow you, one free map update. While attempting to download latest maps, it's requests a product key. My product key is 9 digits long and
it will only accept an 8 digit code. I have attempted leaving off the first or last digit but it will not accept code. Has anyone any idea where I'm going wrong.
