I have recently purchased a garmin nuvi sat nav. I attempted to download latest maps but a product code was requested. The product code I have is 9 digits long and it will only accept up to 8 digit codes.
I attempted to leave off first or last digit but it will not accept code.
Has anyone an idea where I may be going wrong

I would phone up Garmin support and ask them.
