Hi all I used to have a Creative jukebox player, have deleted all related files but keep getting a message to register each time I start laptop and cannot figure out how to get rid of it! if you have come across this please let me know!!

Poor BBC2 reception
Have a 32" Sony LCD with built in freeview. This problem started 4 months ago. Seem to have a poor reception on BBC2 analogue channel. However on freeview BBC2 is crisp clear. The only channel i have missing on freeview is ITV, C4 and C5. Can it be the ariel? Have retuned the BBC2 analogue channel and no difference.
