startup repair

Hello,
my laptop is a stone windows vista it is only 3 years old but this morning when i went to start it up it went to "startup repair" which did nothing so i reset it and the same thing came up so i asked it to restore which again did nothing i have all so done Memory
tests on it and left it for a while but the same thing is coming up what can i do :mad:
by the way am on a different pc

Have you got the Vista disc ? If so you can try this .
