deleting registration requests!

Hi all

I used to have a Creative jukebox player, have deleted all related files but keep getting a message to register each time I start laptop and cannot figure out how to get rid of it! if you have come across this please let me know!!

Add/remove programs, uninstall anything related to it.

If there's nothing there, or if that doesn't fix it,

start, run, type msconfig, hit enter

Check in the startup and services tabs for anything relating to your old mp3 player and disable them from starting up.

If that doesn't work maybe try hijackthis after what the previous person said. First run a scan and then post a log on here for someone to advise. Instructions for this below written by alienRIK:

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
