Moving BT Master Socket?

Sky+ in other rooms
We have had sky for 6 years and have just had sky + installed for free thank you grabbit board! Our problem is that we used to be able to watch sky upstairs albeit the same channel that was on downstairs, and now can't get any reception in bedrooms for sky at all. Can anyone help?
