Can I ask for some help with Excel please?! I am trying to set up a rule for the following: If I enter certain text in one column, I wish for it to automatically copy into another column. I have recently been getting pop ups on my pc whenever I go onto the MSE site, any other site I use I dont get this problem as my Spyware\popup blocker always deals with them first. Has anybody else noticed this, and/or is MSE aware of the problem?

Hello techie peeps, Last week I bought a freeview recorder from Asda, it's like a sky plus box but works on freeview.
