got packard bell easynote laptop volume is on full but i can hardly hear it any idea whats wrong?

sorry im female machines just arn't my thing

    Couldn't resist. In all seriousness... can you actually hear anything? I.e is it on mute?

    Also, double click on the volume icon at the bottom right. Make sure everything is loud and not muted.

    Well you seemed to have changed the text size from default so likely you have changed your sound settings!
