I got that from play a couple of months ago for £69...0 -
hey guys,
I'm interested, is this the best offer for a external hard drive you guys know of? I'd be willing to spend around the £50 mark for as much external memory as possible (but also something reliable)..
thanks! Kam0 -
Ebuyer are doing a 320GB Seagate drive for £55 - http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/116092/rb/0
And a 500GB one for £75
I've always rated Seagate stuff.*removed by forumteam - please do not advertise in signatures*0 -

don't forget u cacn spend thousands on a hard drive. and nothing is totally reliable. just luck of the draw.
u do get crappy makes of hard drives the best is seagate barracuda very good!0 -
Really helpful.
Infact, I thought it was, the implication of the post was that unless you are in desperate need of an external hard drive right away then it might be worth waiting as i imagine someone will at least equal the good the price or better it soon. Prices of computer hardware rarely go up so I was advising you that now might not be the best time to buy as i got a much better deal a number of months ago.:rolleyes::rolleyes:0 -
Cheers for that, so it seems the best deals out there are either:
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/116092/rb/0 at £54.99
and
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=217654&TabID=1&source=1&doy=21m8 at £59.99
£5 difference between the two, both 320GB storage, both made by Seagate, however, does anyone know which of the 2 is faster, or perhaps more reliable based on your experiences if you've used either of them?
thanks!0
