How do I change my name in Outlook Express?

Outlook having trouble with aol
I can't send to an aol address - I get a message saying Word and Outlook are not configured as my editor, then Word shuts down. As far as I can tell, I'm sending to other addresses - haven't had replies to all tests, but they show up as sent. Does this make any sense at all? Thanks
