i have some photos of my lad fishing, where he is holding up a tiddler fish he caught yesterday, i am sure theres several programs i can download to enhance the photo, I want to try and make the fish bigger in the photo!! lol
Does anyone know of a good free photo editing program i can download that will enable me to do this.
