How do I change my name in Outlook Express?

Hope someone can help me here. We use outlook express to send and receive emails. My OH uses the same account as me but when he sends emails it appears at 'the other end' saying that I have sent it. How do we change this, ie so that it says the email is from A & B not just from A? Not sure if I've described this very well but I'm sure there someone out there who will be able to decifer it!!

Tools - Accounts - double-click the account you want to change - General tab. Type in 'A & B' in Name field and click OK.0
