Can anyone recommend a cheap and economical inkjet printer for my daughter who is a student. I know that Epson and Canon cartridges have the cheapest ink cartridges. And do you know of any special offers at the moment on such printers. Kind regards Clare

Ignore - problem solved!
Help! I'm using PSP X and need to use the layers palette but cannot get it to appear. I have tried: Right click on photo then > palettes > layers. It shows layers as ticked but I cannot see the layers palette anywhere. Any ideas gratefully received! Thanks SB

HP Photosmart8250 - problem printing 6x4
My printer is fine with A4 printing but shows "Paper Jam" when I try to use the 6x4 paper tray. The paper goes through to the back of the machine alright then fails to make the U turn upwards before it comes back towards the front. Has anyone else had a problem printing 6x4 on this model of printer, please?

adobe photoshop
Have been given a disc with slideshow of family photos as large adobe file. Have managed to cut and paste them out and saved as jpegs. Trouble is they look like negatives which when you reverse the image doesn't have the original colours on them. They look washed out. Any ideas what could have happened here pls?

Removing part of filenames :-/
Ive got a few pics, with file names like "25px-Blessed_Light.jpg". now its hard to look through them with names like that lol I want to rename them all so the "25px-" is removed! Is there any programs that will do it for me? Thanks in advance
