How can I 'read for a degree' if the resources aren't available???
This kind of links in with a post about library fines. 120 students told yesterday to read 2 chapters of a particular book, and 1 chapter of another. They have 25 copies in the library. Save money on food
I save loads on food by collecting plastic takeaway cartons, and making a big stew (or whatever), ladeling it out into the cartons & freezing them. Thaw one out for a meal and add rice or pasta! ;)

Buying/borrowing books. Where can you expect cheap & quick service?
I've been given an exhausting reading list but many books are not available at the Uni library. Amazon offers some of the titles for high prices. Where should I be looking? Any recommendations? (please relocate if inappropriate)
