Hi all, I am due to receive an offer for PPi reclaim. The company I am using inform me that their fee will be 39%. My claim was submitted Feb 2019 so as I understand it they can charge a maximum of 20% plus VAT. I have not raised this with them yet. I’ve received a letter today from Barclaycard stating they are sorry to have mis sold PPI on my Barclaycard. It then goes on to say that my complaint has been up held.
