I have PPI with Paymentshield but it doesn't come up on the dropdown list in reclaiming tool. What do I do?

They still provide today and I would be very surprised if you have a valid complaint against them.
The reason they are not in the "dropdown" is that they are not a seller; that would be a mortgage advisor or IFA.
You need to address any complaint to whoever sold you the insurance...0 -
Paymentshield have no distribution arm and have never retailed PPI.
They serve the intermediary market only and that is the distribution. It has under 0.5% of complaints with the FOS and just a 116% uphold rate. Paymentshield is a quality provider.
