I have PPI with Paymentshield but it doesn't come up on the dropdown list in reclaiming tool. What do I do?

Payment Shield is a well regarded Mortgage PPI provider.

They still provide today and I would be very surprised if you have a valid complaint against them.

The reason they are not in the "dropdown" is that they are not a seller; that would be a mortgage advisor or IFA.

You need to address any complaint to whoever sold you the insurance...

Paymentshield have no distribution arm and have never retailed PPI.

They serve the intermediary market only and that is the distribution. It has under 0.5% of complaints with the FOS and just a 116% uphold rate. Paymentshield is a quality provider. So, the mortgage broker did a good job for you.
