Hi everyone, today I've received a letter from rbs telling me my ppi claim has been refused as they have no record of ppi being paid on my mortgage........ Obviously i have the paperwork to prove i did pay ppi. So do I go back to them or go straight to the ombudsman? How can they have no record of these payments?
