Won back from HFC
Following on from Martins TV advice, I called HFC as I had no records any longer of my old loans. HFC were surprisingly helpful and gave me details of all 5 (whopps!!) accounts, of which 2 had PPI. When I took these loans I was told I wouldn't get them unless I took the insurance, so I was hopeful! I registered my…

PPI single premuim added to debt and charged interest
I read this comment on an earlier post ''Single premium and added to debt and charged interest. That is the one area where most PPI complaints get upheld. The rest is either irrelevant or unprovable. Single premium is by far the easiest as it is provable'' I have an ongoing complaint with Blackhorse and this was the PPI…

Clarification on PPI claims and FOS
Hi, I have just been reading another thread and it appeared that when people applied for Bank Charge and PPI repayments they sent letters off to the Banks involved and FOS at the same time. Can I claim mppi back if it's not with my lender?
I took out my mortgage with northern rock. (2weeks before their collapse) and was told I would need MPPI.
