Won back from HFC

Following on from Martins TV advice, I called HFC as I had no records any longer of my old loans. HFC were surprisingly helpful and gave me details of all 5 (whopps!!) accounts, of which 2 had PPI. When I took these loans I was told I wouldn't get them unless I took the insurance, so I was hopeful! I registered my complaint on 4th November, by 11th Nov I had a questionaire to complete and return. I done this and on 29th Dec 2011, I got a letter offering me just over £1100:j back!! This was only about £50 short of what I thought I had paid so I was really pleased. Just waiting for the money to go in my account!! Also, my brother has had past dealings with HFC and today rang to log his complaint too and we're hoping he'll get about £650 back! If you're in any doubt...call them on 0845 602 3793. Good Luck!!
