am i a complete state of shock ! just got a letter from tesco banking , offering a full refund of my ppi plus intrest and a reduction on my monthly payments that are left ! :j only started my claim in november , and the refund is much more than i expected ! thanks martin , and everyone on here for their advice !!

Hi I received my first responce letter from my bank regarding reclaming my ppi on a loan I have with them, they have said they will look into it and will respond in the next 28 days, is this normal? Shall I wait the 28 days or send another letter requesting a quicker responce? Not sure what to do for the best! Thanks

HI , Hopefully someone had dealt with barclays before so may know what happens here if you are awarded a ppi claim , did barclays settle this claim by offsetting it against all barclays accounts you had with them , if they were closed but still had an outsanding balance?
