    Hi Folks,
I have applied for my PPI in Dec 10 and today i got a letter saying that Natwest still unable to provide a final decision.
    reasons for that :
FSA new provisions to handled customer complaints not accepted by BBA .
BBA has sought clarifications form the court which is still in progress.

anybody gone through same story ???
Seems we are dark for the time being and these banks try to delay purposely stating just the court proceedings.

    can someone advise pls

so still i am waiting and not sure what to do now?
what is the chance of success ?
    pls advise

Have u referred your case to the ombudsman service? if you havent do it on monday. The case will still be investigated by them, though I am afraid you wont find out a result for a long time until the real outcome of the judicial review become clear. But please make sure u refer it to the fos as this way the bank has to pay them £500 when they sort out the complaint ;) and also the more evidence of banking lack of compliance the better as the banks doing this should be fined by the FSA

If you phone them on monday they will register your complaint and tell you what they want you o send. Any information relating to the loan and ppi will be very helpfull and will be good to send. theyl advise you to fill in a complaint form an a payment protection insurance questionaire, a copy of your complaint letter and the final response. Your loan agreement and any policy documentation would be good.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers
