My son's credit card debt was sold by Barclaycard to Cabot. If he wants to obtain his back statements in order to calculate charges and penalty fees should he write to Barclaycard or Cabot Financial? Any advice appreciated.

Halifax / RBOS : £12 Offer now standard?
I sent a claim for approx £1800 to Halifax and they responded within the 2 weeks with an offer of approx £800 which they explained was the original claim minus £12. They stated that they didn't agree with the OFT ruling but made the offer as a goodwill gesture. Is this now a default response? Does anyone else have any…

My husband ran up a credit card debt with Halifax before we met. I helped him to start paying it off. I have now got it down to £2,900. Thing is, i have this arrangement with them (not in writing i'm afraid) that if i pay £100 p/m, they are not adding…
