Method of payment
I am claiming back off HSBC. I have an o/d of 1500. If I close my account, will they be forced to pay me my money by cheque if I win? I realise they may issue a final demand for the overdraft, but I will go to the courts to ask to pay it back gradually.

Hi - I don't know how to work out the interest - I've got 197 separate charges over 6 years - do I need to use the charges calculator to work out the interest on EACH CHARGE? Or can I use the total amount owed instead?
