Praise - Camorada
Jessops were going to pay me £60 for a used, but good condition camera. I searched around a bit and found Camorada. Had never heard of them, but it seemed as though they were not a scam, and they suggested my camera was worth £120. Two weeks later I have a cheque for £120. Hassle free. Would recommend.

Argos - No customer feed back to complaints
Hi. I am looking for some advice. I bought a ds3 game via fast track from Argos. Decided the game was not wanted so I tried to return it as 'not wanted' (within 20 days of purchase). I was told I could not return it because it was not sealed. No one at my home pulled any wrap off it (other than the birthday wrapping paper…

Sending original proof of ID documents in the post
My father has recently died and in order for my mother to receive extremely small spouse's pensions we are required to send, in the post, her original birth certificate and marriage certificate. This is to two separate huge pension companies. We also have to send his original will, or pay for a certified copy, to claim…

Arnold Clark - cowboys
I have to ask, why anyone in their sane mind, would give Arnold Clark their custom. The internet is rife with stories of how people have been ripped off by them - and sadly I too have fallen victim of their shenanigans. In my case, an Arnold Clark service department that are utterly disinterested. The same staff who are…

Its not often I receive over and above CS these days, but Nationwide deserve a mention. I just want to cast videos to my TV but can’t with iOS and Amazon. Grrrr
Grrrr I own an iPhone. My wife owns an iPhone. The kids have an iPad. So, occasionally I would like to lie in bed and watch videos on my phone and cast them to our bedroom TV. However, as some of you know you can’t cast from Apple devices to TV’s without buying some extra hardware. So, in our wisdom we bought a Fire…

Stannah Stairlift - Buyer beware!
My aged parents bought a new Stannah Stairlift Siena 600 at approx. £3,000 which came with a 2-year warranty. Within 6-months of the warranty period passing (June 2018), the stairlift needed a new rail as the…
