Sports direct warning

Options
I chose to pick up my package so that I would get my £5 voucher the only options I could see were all Asda stores so I chose one, Picked up the parcel and no £5 voucher!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
As if this was not bad enough you now have to send at your expense any items back to them there is apparently no return/exchange in store option!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:Even when they make an error!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

No idea what voucher you mean, but Sports Direct are not noted for their customer service. Did you not check the returns policy before you bought anything?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

It says in their T&Cs that you only get the voucher if you click & collect in their own stores, and their returns policy unfortunately has always been that you have to pay.

I did (once) think I might buy something from SD - checked here, checked their T&Cs and bought elsewhere.

Removed your emoticons to make it half readable.

The terms make it particularly clear that the vouchers are only at Sports Direct stores. I you do not have a local Sports Direct sotre to pick it up at, that is not SD fault. So it not 'bad' never mind 'bad enough.'

Many shops can charge you to return change of mind items, again their terms are clear on this. However you say 'even when they have made an error' what error have they made? if they send you the wrong thing then you do not have to pay to return it...

The £5 voucher is for you to spend in a Sports Direct store so no real loss to you as you don't have one near you.

    WOW!
That's a heck of a lot of anger over a £5.00 voucher that you really should have known you wouldn't receive by opting for collection at an Asda store.
