praise for seat assistance/AA and Fast fit

My son has a 3 year old Seat Ibiza which comes with free roadside assistance as long as he has it serviced by Seat.
He got a split in a rear tyre friday eve, too big for the gunk to be able to seal it and with no spare had little option but to call seat assistance.
yesterday morning he rang round a couple of tyre depots to establish who had a tyre in stock, then called Seat assistance.
he called at 0830. AA arrived at 0845, AA put a generic hub and space saver on so he could drive to fast fit tyre depot in norwich, about 10 minutes away
By 0920 he was leaving the depot with a new tyre.
50 minutes from calling them out, to them arriving ,enabling him to drive to the depot and then them changing the tyre was fantastic in my opinion:T:T:T
