Harveys Furniture - need CCO Henry Swift's email

Hi...I'm having major problems with Harveys Furniture, and have been for some time! We are on our 4th (free!) suite, having had problems with the previous three, and now have issues with the latest one. Ecomaster have been out three times now to try and resolve the issue, but to no avail.
I need to escalate this, as Customer Services are a waste of time.
I've done a search on Google, but cannot find Henry Swift's email address...any help gratefully received.
