Ordered 4 pairs of glasses on the 12th July...


As of today 2 pairs are 'in the post' and the other 2 haven't even shipped yet.


Dreadful customer service - rang them several times and they just promise to call back and never do!

Not defending them but they do say that delivery can be between 7 - 30 working days your still within that time span.

I recently received a pair of prescription sunglasses that took a couple of days more than 30 to arrive and cost £29.99.

Happy with the glasses but when I called to chase I didnt get the promised call back but then I had not read the delivery time scale correctly, that doesnt say they shouldnt call customers back and explain but that seems to be the case.

Lots of mentions on HUKD amounting to the same scenario.

In the interests of fairness glasses finally arrived (albeit 3 of the 4 pairs beyond the 30 working days)


They did then get in touch and offered a discount of 50% on what we'd bought (I was only going to ask for free delivery but never look a gift horse in the mouth)


The glasses themselves seem fine and the prices were pretty good (especially with the extra discount)


Perhaps not avoid but be prepared to wait and ask for a discount!

After carrying out the necessary quality control tests in order to prepare your order for the next stage, it has been brought to our attention that there is a manufacturing fault with the selected frame batch.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately, we will not be getting anymore of these frames back into stock, but still have a range of different models available on the website which may be of interest to you.

If you would like to choose an alternative from the the link below, we will be happy make these up for you. Alternatively, if you would prefer to have a FULL refund for your order, please let us know so we are able to arrange this for you.

Apologies once again for the inconvenience once again.

Yep - exact same one, but the same frames are still available when following the link. Asked them to fulfil the order using those.
Might just be that they aren't able to afford the MSE offer at the moment.

Had a reply - they say the email was sent in error and will honour the order. Hope everyone else gets the same result.

What a Mickey Mouse company Speckyfoureyes is. No sign of any glasses after 30 working day (that they assure) and no reply to numerous emails sent (that they say you'll receive a personal reply within 2 days).
As things stand they have my money, i have no glasses along with no communication from them.
Avoid this awful set up at all cost 😡

They don't assure that all deliveries will be made within 30 days.
What they state is that aim to send all deliveries within 30 working days and all deliveries will be made within 38 days but this isn't guaranteed.

• We aim to complete and send all orders within 3-30 working days. All items will be delivered as quickly as possible and within 38 days. However we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered by the estimated delivery date.
