Misleading Amazon Delivery Charges
Hi All, I've used this site for quite a while now, but have just decided to join and vent! Hopefully someone will validate my point, or put me in my place. Ha I have recently made a purchase on the Amazon app, for a Fire TV stick which was reduced from £35 to £30 with free delivery, or so I thought. Below this, there are 2…

Praise for Amazon seller AP-Direct
I recently bought a second hand phone from Amazon Marketplace seller AP-Direct Towards the end of the warranty period the phone developed a (intermittent) charging fault. I contacted the seller and they emailed me a postage paid return label to send it back for repair. After they received it I got a phone call to say they…

Webworks Internet
Don't touch them, they are complete rip off merchants! My friend has had a website with them and wants to move it. The domain name is in her name but Webworks want £100 to release it and have told her if she does it herself via Nominet they will sue her! It's her property, in her name! Don't ever sign up with these people,…

Amazon no longer allows you to sort by best-sellers
Scumbag move. Viewing bestsellers is the obvious thing to do anytime you're buying something you don't know much about & Amazon have removed that option & replaced it with the ability to sort by "Featured" i.e. list the products who's vendors have paid Amazon extra to have them listed as Featured.

Action Fraud has virtually no hope of getting your money back.
The British public have been put on "red alert" for fraud – and with very good reason. Since the new pension freedoms were introduced in April, giving over-55s access to their entire pension fund, there has been an explosion of fraudulent investments in the UK. Billions of pounds of "unlocked" pension cash is a golden…

Santander Fraud Checking
Very impressed with them. Had a fraudulent amount on my credit card detected by them before I even knew. I guess they knew I couldn't use the card in the UK and America at the same time. Only a small amount but apparently fraudsters make small purchases first to check whether the card is a "goer". A few weeks back I had…

Amazon Overcharge Vent!
I have long been an advocate for Amazon. However in the past couple of weeks I have found myself being overcharged for items ordered when Amazon have broken down the order into different separate deliveries – this is despite always choosing free delivery. This week I ordered six books (3 paperbacks at £10) total cost £20.…

Any entomologists out there?
Can anyone tell me what type of bug I just found in the middle of my "Washed and ready to eat" Salad from Asda half way through my evening meal? Photo attached. Also any idea what I should do about the offending creature - who appears to have eaten some of my salad but possibly died as a result of being vacuum packed?…

Glass oven door 'exploding' - normal??
At the weekend I had just put a meal in the oven and closed the door. I have reported this to the company I bought the oven from but they seemed very causal. Today when the…
