Praise for Amazon seller AP-Direct

I recently bought a second hand phone from Amazon Marketplace seller AP-Direct
Towards the end of the warranty period the phone developed a (intermittent) charging fault. I contacted the seller and they emailed me a postage paid return label to send it back for repair. After they received it I got a phone call to say they had tried it with various chargers but couldn't find the fault. I explained the intermittent nature of it and said I was quite happy for them to keep it for a while until the fault showed.
Roll on a week later and I sent a quick email asking if there was any news. A couple of hours later they phoned me, the phone had been repaired and sent back to me but the courier had no record of it even being picked up from them. The upshot was that they had refunded me the full purchase price, including the original shipping charge, through Amazon.
I ended up buying a replacement through them and will certainly go back there for anything I need in the future.

Not many people post praise for Companies when they do things right or go out of there way to assist and resolve a matter as it seems in your case, We hear all to often the complainers these days and it reflects on the people of GB as a whinging nation tbh.0

I think it's only fair. Any company can appear ok when things go well, it's how a company reacts to a problem that shows their true colours IMO. And in this case the seller came out looking good
