HSBC so called Bereavement department
I had the misfortune to have to make use of the HSBC bereavement support department today, after the very recent death of my mother. Was it too much to expect a slightly helpful attitude? Or even a little kindness however fake? It was like HSBC had hired the most rude, aggressive, and unhelpful woman on the planet and…

Newark Glass AVOID
We bought a new build a few years ago, end of 2006, the double glazing was done by NEWARK GLASS. We were working abroad so let the house. Music Magpie - Warning
Do not use Music Magpie! I sent 91 items to Music Magpie, and the total came to £128.33. Now that they've finally paid me, they only sent £115.18. I queried with their online support, and they've told me that one DVD had no disc in (surprised, as I double checked everything, but not bothered as it was only 26p), and one…

Open letter to Floors2Go in Hedge End, Southampton: Dear Floors2Go (what a misnomer!!), Just over 3 weeks ago I ordered about 37 metres of flooring from you after some very adept pre sales service and negotiation from your sales team in Southampton. That, I’m…

The Croods in 4D so lifelike!!
We just went as a family to see the film the Croods, its about the lives of neanderthal cavemen. It was supposed to be in 3D but to our delight it was actually in some sort of super realistic new technology. About a quarter way into the film a group of realistic cave women and their spawn were rendered in the seats behind…
