I'll summarise this in 6 lines after this:
Collections dept phones:
Me: 'Can you give payment history?'
Adviser gives history
Me: 'So you owe me more than £600?' (Bill is about £150/month)
Adviser: 'Yes'
Anyone else get annoyed?!

I gathered.
What I love, is that I run the account in credit, and that I'm phoned by collections to tell me I owe £14.xx. Surely they have something better to do with their time?!💙💛 💔0 -
I have had endless trouble with this lot (as you say 'whatever they are called'). Totally useless - they still have not resolved an issue which started in October last year. However I refuse to give up. My sympathies are with you.0

If you read the long Orange thread in the Internet Access forum you'll find they have been dubbed Everyone Elsewhere.0

LMAO, TBH I only went with them because my sons GF worked for them at the time so I got the friends and family discount. The signal issues are terrible, I can't actually make or receive calls in my dining room
I won't be staying when the contract ends.0 -

I tweeted their "helper" service to inform them that my signal was awful, and they messaged me back to ask for my postcode so they could look into it. When I informed them, they (privately) messaged me back to inform me that they were aware of an issue in that area. That's all they said - nothing about if/when they were fixing it or what I should do in the mean time!
I was so annoyed I rang them whilst I was out - in the only place near my home that I could get signal to ring them - and the customer services lady informed me that they'd had quite a lot of phonecalls about signal issues in the last few months and that she "couldn't look into any issues with the pylons in my area because they're owned by T-Mobile". When I pointed out that "EE" is Orange and T-Mobile, she told me that T-Mobile still operate their pylons and that in order to look in to any problem I'd have to leave a complaint with her - she would then pass it on to T-Mobile who would inform their engineers who would look in to it, but she "didn't know when that would be" even though I'm still paying for a lack of service!0 -

I've tweeted them a few times, I always get the same response "We are not aware of any problems in that area". Its not so bad if my phone hops on the EE/Orange network but on EE alone it's very hit and miss.
Sons GF has left them now so when renewal comes I'll lose my discount. I'll shop around a bit at that point but fortunately both DS and his GF now work for Phones 4U so I'm sure I'll sort something out one way or another.0 -
Not only is there call centre useless, but you try going into one of there stores with a complaint.........they are even worse, they have limited knowledge on the phones they sell, and they just have no interest in helping.
EE = You Suck!0 -

Absolutely - I started an entire thread about this bunch and my daughter's iphone. It is still not resolved - it started in October. They are very very inefficient. No customer service to speak of.0
