Kit Kat recall

Just received a £2 voucher from the guys at Kit Kat due to my response to the recent recall of some varieties of chunky Kit Kat bars, I returned two such bars and although it was free post I still had to supply the envelope and take the time to post the bars back to Kit Kat. I was expecting a bit more than a £2 voucher for my inconvenience, what do you think?

£2 covers the cost of two kit kats and an envelope. What would be more reasonable to you?

I would have hoped for a good will gesture of say £10 after all the cost of a £2 voucher to Kit Kat isn't £2. I take it you would be happy with £2 then?

Nothing, but as a good will gesture I would have expected to be compensatedfor my time and goodwill.

You have been, with a £2 voucher which covers the cost of the products you sent back. An envelope isn't that expensive and you could have reused one. So you want an extra goodwill gesture for your goodwill gesture?

The difference with my goodwill gesture is that I am not a multinational company and I don't actually rely on customer satisfaction.
