Exactly lets join in the op's campaign for getting compensation for anything that slightly annoys you!
I bet the OP won't even match Nestles £2 on this one though! The op will have to learn from Nestles example lol.It did surprise me somewhat to find so many
people who would have been glad to get anything for their trouble and who are so concerned to stand up for big business
Because they'd pay more out than you would!0 -
The stupidity of someone expecting 5X compensation for returning Kitkats has upset me - I think the OP should everybody who agrees with me a £10 Amazon voucher each for the stress those who live in a compensation culture cause.35, semi retired, sun, sand, sea, life is good
When you are done moaning remember that there are people who would love to have your standard of living!0 -
I dont think £2 is too bad for sending 2 kits back, it covers the cost of buying the bars plus the envelope cost. Ive sent stuff off when its been poor quality and always been happy with what ive received in return.0

Ask nestle for the breathing time you lost while dealing with the return of the kit kat.

Really a multipack of Kit Kat chunky for less than £2 that is good.
The usual selling price for a pack of four, yes FOUR, is £1.55, Tesco currently have them on offer for a pack of FOUR for £1.00, so you can get 8, yes EIGHT bloody bars to replace the TWO you sent back, how is that giving you the minimum in compensation? They could gave sent you two bars back, which would have cost them much less than giving you enough money to buy EIGHT bars.
Some Iceland and morrisons also have a 4 pack for a quid, but with 100% free, so you can get SIXTEEN bars for your two quid...
Really, if your post count wasn't so high, id have said you were a troll0 -

If they asked you to send the product in and it was faulty, they should have refunded the price of the item. Works the same as handing it into the shop.
I am assuming you gave contact details etc.0 -
I told them about problem I had with product and they asked me to send it in they had my contact details doesn't matter anyway happened along time ago next time will follow it up if I don't hear anything.0
