Newark Glass AVOID

We bought a new build a few years ago, end of 2006, the double glazing was done by NEWARK GLASS. We were working abroad so let the house. Now we have returned and live there we can see the very poor quality of the units. One has dirty marks inside the double glazing. Newark Glass said at first they would replace it but now say we must pay before they will replace even though they admit it is a manufacturing fault. Plus several handles are corroded same story, they only have a two year guarantee!
