Hasbro toys!
We had the game 'operation', and were playing yesterday with it. Well, my 5yo dropped a couple of pieces, which were snarfed up by the dog  I wrote to hasbro last night, asking if there was anyway to replace those pieces. At ten to nine this morning, an email came through, saying that we could replace any amount…

Hello, I am seeking some advice on how to deal with the following problem: We bought our house 2 years ago, and the previous owners had a sky subscription, in which they didn't pay their final bills. What stars lakeland are. I placed an order yesterday and inadvertently missed an item off. Wish all customer service teams were like this - 5 stars to them from me.

Gadgetshop parcel delivery problem
I ordered a Pleo dinosaur for my sons' main christmas present. He's been asking for one for ages, and Gadgetshop had them for sale at about £160(with discount), which is a very competitive price and just within my budget so I ordered one. When it came I was out taking my son to school and the deliveryman just left it at my…

Poor Customer Service from Comet/Currys
Comet sold us a fridge-freezer in August 2008. This lives in an internal garage where an old fridge-freezer quite happily lived for 12 years. On Monday evening this stopped working. My husband telephoned Comet and was told that it was his fault that it wasn't working!!!!!! He spoke to three different members of staff and…

Asda Returns Policy
Hi folks. My daughter bought a suitcase from Asda to go on holiday. She travelled 6 weeks later. The zip on the suitcase broke and the case itself had a 'plastic' coating which had peeled off. It took it back stating it was not fit for purpose and they have refused to refund. Any positive comments would be much…
