What stars lakeland are. I placed an order yesterday and inadvertently missed an item off. I realised this evening, rang their 24 hr manned line (wow!!) and they are popping the item I forgot in the post free of charge. Wish all customer service teams were like this - 5 stars to them from me.

I bought a mini-cooler, about 13 months after purchase it broke, aargh!!
Lakeland replaced it without costing me a penny.
