Hi, does anyone out there know how much it costs to ring the phones that patients have by their beds? DD2 is 5 mths pregnant, 260 miles away and just been taken into hospital. In March I took up BT's offer of a free phone if I took my calls back to them. I took up the offer on the same day it was given and the calls were moved over at the end of March. Each time I contact them about the phone I get an excuse. Has anyone taken up this offer and received their phone yet?
